Tonight going on N with metoclopramide

How much metoclopramide should i take and how long before N

I lost my girlfriend and got Brain damaged in a hospital..she dumped me a day before i left the hospital...

I'm going tonight late this evening i'm going to call her and say goodbye then drink the N

I also for some olanzapine left for nausea

Any tips or last words ? I think about taking 50mg of metro and maybe two olanzapine 10mg total ? Any tips are welcome

In Switzerland, AS clinics use 30mg metoclopramide as an antiemetic, 30 minutes before ingesting N.
