Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

So I have been going to psych appointments at this local hospital for almost 3 years.
Anxiety and depression are getting worse and worse, and idk how to deal with that anymore, I cant deal with it anymore.
If I tell her I want to ctb, she will prob put me in a closed type psych ward, which I dont want to, and my parents will be devestated.
But if I do not tell her or just tell her I am anxious she might not take me seriously, or just do nothing w my meds or approach like she did before.
I also cant afford to go to different, private psychiatrist, so she is all that I have.
How would you approach this, or is there any advice you would give to me?
Idk, I am trying so hard to stay alive, and I rly seem to do a bad job at it.

I think if you tell them that you still want to kill yourself they won't put you in a psych ward but if you are at immediate risk then they will. Like having an exact date or plan or the means to suicide for example owning a gun, having drugs at your access, or having a rope that you plan to use.

Thank you. I mean, I did tell her before I was suicidal but never that I had a plan even though I had.

well I did tell my counselor once that I have a plan but didnt go much into it so she didnt bother much to ask more. I just said I have one. I guess telling them that you have a plan wouldn't put you in a psych ward, but if the plan is all set up then yes? Sorry I really dont know how it all works. Psychiatrists are all different from each other and each one will assess a person differently. One psychiatrist might say that you're at immediate risk and they might put you in a psych ward and the other might say you're not.

just word it in a way so that they won't think you're at immediate risk to avoid going in a psych ward.
