Tips for firearm method

Best advice for purchasing a firearm in the US? I'm at work but I'll do some research. It's just exhausting so I'd like some help.

What's the best spot to aim the barrel at? How much does a firearm cost typically?

Also, I heard it's generally nicer to have a mask on so I don't traumatize family members/first responders. Is this true?

If you don't have any felonies on your record, you can buy a gun at any firearms store, or any gun show. If you buy through a gun store, or from a licensed seller at a gun show, you'll have to pass a background check. Some states, as I'm sure you know, make it harder to get a gun. You can buy a shotgun for $300 or so, even less in some cases. They may be more awkward to use, but get the job done better. Other than a shotgun, buy a larger caliber handgun. A slight angle upward through the mouth is best. I've never heard about the mask before, but if you're concerned about traumatizing anyone, maybe that's not such a bad idea.

Must be New York or California, I'm guessing. Maybe there's a few others that make it difficult, also, but those are the biggies.
