Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I've posted too many times before, but I'm approaching my end this time. Made it through the holidays for my kids. My physical and neurological helath are declining more and more and the Insomnia for almost two years is enough to kms. I was injured by Psych meds and am visually impaired. I have cfs/me and vss. I am not the person I was…it's sad bc this person was such a blast and so vibrant. I need encouragement and support. I only have sn as my method. I need tips, support, encouragement to make tbis happen. Im scared but know it's time tp go. I'll miss my babies and family. It didn't have to be tbis way which is sad. Any suggestions or ways to overcome SI are very much appreciated. Thanks to all. Thankful for this platform.

You are going to hate me but i dont think anyone will encourage you to do that.

I know it's hard, but since you already have SN, you could give yourself a second chance, meds are tough. Some work, some make us feel worst.... if it's not working, find another doctor, try another med, my mother had to try four different doctor to finally find something that works. You could try one last time for your children and your family.

I'm not going to lie to you, this described drugs dont do miracles, it requires a lot of effort too. I hope you can find some strenght.

I appreciate that but the meds caused my issues. I had a reaction to reglan so instead of Benadryl and ativan they gave me trazadone and lexapro which caused vidual snow syndrome which is a permanent neurological issue. It was never psychiatric became psychiatric bc of what the meds did to me.

as said above, there are often strong feelings when someone is a parent. I don't think anyone should pass judgment bc they don't have to deal with whatever all you're dealing with. period. we do not know your life like that and to imply otherwise is shitty.

every possible tip would likely just be a repetition of the protocol, since those that succeeded cannot tell us.

hoping you find peace in your choice, whatever it turns out to be.

That sounds so torturous what you have to go through, it's so horrible to me how there's all this suffering in existing, it really sounds like you've suffered a lot. But anyway I wish you the best.
