Hey, so after doing a bit of research I couldn't find any information about people who died only from a Tilidine overdose even though it's apparently possible to die from it since it can cause cardiac arrest.
(Stated here:
https://www.tommedications.com/en/tilidine-faq/
"Tilidine overdose can cause serious symptoms such as shortness of breath, unconsciousness, and cardiac arrest.")
The cases of people who have overdosed typically mixed it with something else.
Ex 1: "28 year-old woman who ingested 100 ml Valoron (o)N containing 6.94 g of tilidine and about 0.56 g of naloxone with suicidal intention."
Ex 2: "A fatal poisoning case due to the combination of a relative overdose of barbiturates (600 mg daily) and 750 mg of tilidine is reported."
Ex 3: "A fatal intoxication due to the ingestion of tilidine, a narcotic analgesic, in conjunction with ethanol, is described."
So it's probably preferable to combine your Tilidine with something else if possible since there doesn't seem to be any cases of people overdosing on that alone suggesting that you would a very large amount of Tilidine to overdose. Hope this helps!
