y'all are gonna make me cry my eyes out. i wasn't even able to attempt. my parents already knew i was feeling this way and they made me keep my door open all night. mom thinks i'm bipolar, it runs in my family. i feel really embarrassed, tired, and sad. but i'm glad i found this forum. 988 could literally never give this kind of human-to-human support. you guys don't belong here. this is a horrible place and we all should run far away to greener pastures, but i know this is the best place for deep mental health problem discussions. i hope we all heal. nobody deserves this shit. spiritual warfare is real
