Has anyone tried it? Unfortunately in Italy it has been illegal for a few years now, years ago I bought it from the USA and mixing it with 5-HTP gave me a real good mood that I hadn't felt for years, I would like to try that mixture again.

Why is it illegal in Italy? I think it can be abused. It is known for having no severe side effects in most cases. I did not have side effects but it also did not have a positive effect on me. I do not benefit a lot from ADs in general though.

It wasn't marketed and in my opinion, following some deaths due to abuse, they thought of placing it among the illegal substances.

I took it more then one year.

Positive: more energy, less depressive thoughts (but this maybe because of therapy), less side effects, no sexuell disfunction, no higher weight.

Negative: more hot anger out of control, bad sleep at night, little bit bad skin.

For me it was good to give it a chance. It was not the best of all I ever try, but with less side effects.
