I've never posted in the recovery section before. Yay! I thought I'd add this wonderful video. It's three hours so watch it in bits if you are interested. I'm a sentimental sod, so this made me remember my travels in Canada and waking up to an early morning mist over the plains of Wyoming. It really took me back to my old life. Made me bittersweet, pensive, so be warned if you are sentimental like me. The music is pretty emotive too. Thanks to @Quarky00 for this.

I loved nature , but sadly in bed for years now... I watched dozens videos but anhedonia and hard to sit still .. I'm not "sentimental sod" I'm annoyed by all the "relaxing" and "amazing" nonsense. This one moves fast , no prolonged scenes (20 seconds and move on). I put it in the background and at a certain point it catches your attention, even flatmates occasionally stare at it.

I was surprised it had an effect , nothing "amazing" , but feels like I'm outside (felt locked).

I watch this in the morning coffee and earphones to my music and feel better . Still blurry , barely move -- it creeps up slowly

Makes me sad and happy at the same time. What weird creatures we are. Well, me anyway
Me too. This is literally a competition for resources lol. I see how this starts if people aren't able to see how ridiculous they're being. I'm jealous ok? :heh: This is the kind of response I hoped my playlist would generate

I must have missed your play list. Link? Music is so personal. I don't post mine cuz I don't expect anyone would like it.

Well it's not technically my music just very close to my heart because I grew up with it and spent ages picking out the best tracks https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/any-vangelis-fans.31929/ Could do with a video though
