The first person who gave me the idea to create my own website to leave a record of everything was Sol Pais. I later found out about a guy who did something similar to her, over her, which was Ben Goodspeed. The most infamous of these websites however has to be Martin Manley's. Especially since he directly said that he would kill himself and it wasn't just a regular online journal.
I've considered creating something like this as a sort of "series of love letters" to a certain girl as well as a full explanation of why I thought suicide was the best decision. All of this is for her because I'm afraid if I don't do it and don't give her a full explanation she'll blame herself.
While considering this idea I've seen many people call all 3 websites I previously mentioned "disturbing" simply for being remnants of a person who died. Is it actually that disturbing to leave a public suicide note? I feel like I'm looking at it from a bias perspective because I want to do it. What do you guys think about these types of websites?
