Help Thoughts on Delta P as a method

I have decided that I will be making my next attempt soon, hopefully to be my last. I will do it when my girlfriend goes to work.

Could I lay down in my tub full of water and pull the plug from the drain to create a difference in water pressure so I can't escape (activating Delta P)?

My plan is to fill my tub with water, lay down inside and place my head right above the drain. Then I'll reach back and suddenly remove the drain cover as fast as I can to trap my head over the drain cover so I can't escape.

Would this method work? Or does it have high chances of failure?

Could I also combine this method with SWB to increase my chances?

I also found out that Pesticides are a very common method that is very successful. How would I go about poisoning myself if my first method doesn't work and how painful would it be? Would I die quickly?

Pesticides have about a 20% effective rate very painful too

As for pesticides, there is a much better chance that you will end up suffering more than you are now.

some people accidentally drown when they are intoxicated. it's pretty hard to pull off with all your faculties intact

No idea. Always wondered myself how that was possible. I guess ppl do it by holding their head underwater, but that takes a lot of resolve.

Thanks. I'll try that. I'd imagine it would be easier to make myself pass out into the tub while intoxicated. Might take some edibles too to make it even easier.
