I read somewhere along time ago that drowning is a peaceful way to go after the SI subsides and your lungs are completely filled. They said the experience was relaxing as if you were caressed by the waters. Ever since then I thought about this method or by jumping off a tall building. The jumping method seems like you'd feel the pain all at one right before unconsciousness which is something I wouldn't want, but then again if you jump, then there's no turning back. Is there any other methods that seem reliable without any side effects or pain?

SN is described not so much as painful but rather more uncomfortable, and most of SN's side effects can be made more manageable with pain killers and properly timed benzos.

The Inert Gas method is also said to be very peaceful, either Nitrogen or Helium (getting high purity Helium is very difficult though). It can also be done with Argon, but I've heard a lot of failed attempts with Argon so I can't recommend using Argon for the Inert Gas method.

With the proper dose, barbiturate and opioid overdoses are also rather peaceful methods.

None of these are 100% foolproof unless if you can somehow manage to get a professional to do it for you. But if done correctly should absolutely make you CTB. Out of the 3 admittedly I do think the barbiturate/opioid overdose is the least reliable. You have to make sure you get the correct dosage in relation to your body mass, previous tolerance built up and any digestion issues you may have, along with antiemetics to make sure you don't throw up.

Difficult to say which is more reliable between SN and Inert Gas method, just comes down the preference really.

Drowning can be very reliable and shouldn't be too easy to mess up if you get an anchor to keep yourself submerged... But I wouldn't imagine drowning to be 'peaceful' in any way, especially compared to the previous 3 methods I've mentioned. Jumping's better than trying to get run over, that's all I can say. But even at incredibly high heights (100+ meters), there's sadly still a very small chance of surviving. People have managed to survive falling out of planes before.

Managing to survive plane heights? That is crazy but it is believable especially if you go fully limp rather than keep your body braced

Managing to survive plane heights
It really has already happened. however, the girl with the seat was snatched from the plane and the clock forest slowed her fall. She even managed to return to civilization, which in itself was a miracle. The fall speed reaches its peak of approx. 250km/h, beyond that the height doesn't matter. However, this is irrelevant for the CBT, because you can determine the point of impact yourself.

Overdosing on morphine is painless. You just go to sleep and don't wake up, hard to get it though. SN should be painless too. If you jump from a building it has to be over 20 stories, head first. Sometimes you pass out while falling or die from your heart stopping mid fall, but this method isn't sure and what if you live?..you'll be stuck with brain damage or some shit probably. Maybe even paralyzed. Too risky.

Drowning hurts, like a lot. Idk about it with drugs in you tho. if you survive you can end up with brain damage depending on how long you were under water

Yes you can overdose on morphine alone, but sadly it's incredibly expensive to get the required amount from the dark web. It'll be better to get cheaper opioids that are just as, if not more potent than morphine like most nitazenes.
