Those that failed SN. What did you do wrong?

Would be glad to know why and how did you fail SN as this method is considered pretty good

The purity has to be at least around 95%, or else it wont work. People who fail either take not enough of it, accidently buy nano3 instead nano2 or they buy SN with shitty purity
