• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I'm asking because I'm relapsing myself right now and need confirmation that I'm not alone abour it to feel better. Hope this isn't too selfish of me...

more than i can count. and its not selfish at all 🫂🫂💜
its normal to fall down, but the important thing to remember is youre not starting at square 1. you have more minutes, days, knowledge, etc behind you that you didnt have before.
its ok to fall down. sit and breath. youre a human, even recovery, you cant be expected to just go go go.

this is how i got/get through my days, by embracing the other half of living. 💜🫂 its not perfect 24/7. its ok to sit a breath. its ok to be pissed off, hurt and any other "negative" emotions. its ok to feel everything

I only had one period that i think counts as recovered, a couple of years after 10+ years of being suicidal, so i suppose i am in my first relapse

I've had some major relapses for sure, as an adult. One where I tried to CTB, one where I stabbed myself in the chest, and one where I went from the lower end of the healthy weight range to being dangerously underweight. Those are the most significant ones. However, I've also had minor relapses that snuck up on me and turned into something major because I didn't address it right away.

I'm on the right track now though. I'm nowhere near fully recovered but I think I'm going in the right direction for my physical and mental health, overall. However, recovery is not algebra and it can't be linear. I know that I'm going to have my ups and downs but I think I'm doing pretty good in general.

More times I can count, unfortunately. I've ran my course through way too many damn jobs and always quit, before it got good.

As of now, it's been a painful four months of trying to snap out of the boleshit of this genetic ailment and dealing a catastrophic blow from my ex-fiancee dumping me, we were together for nine years.

I'm trying to get back in the job market, but it's been difficult. Surely it must get better.
