But why 50g and not the recommended dose of 25g?

Dont ingest 50g. It will make you vomit violently and you have more chances of vomiting all the SN inside your system even with antiemetics resulting in a failed attempt. Better stick with 25g of SN and divide it in two glasses. Each containing 25g SN.

I'm sorry you have to take this decision. As other members said, 25g is recommended if your weight is under 100kg, and you need to have second cup only when you vomit. Anyway I just hope you are released from all the pain
