This anxiety is so bad

Holy fuck, can't sleep. Anyone else just get hit with the sverity of the situation all the time, just struggling like a fish? I don't know why my anxiety is so bad. So many therapists, abuse, my body being sooo deformed, parents so depressed, all the trauma, no friends, can't go outside, too scared to even go to doctors anymore, too scared to order SN, holy fuck.

Need benzoes but fucking germany will just put me in closed psych ward again, been there done that. I can not seek help from anywhere anymore, that can't be real.

I've been in that situation for years. can't sleep due to overthinking of everything. eventually i got Benzos, it helped, but you should note there are different types of benzos. some will not help for anxiety or SI. And certain ones will raise eyebrows. the one i use is called Ativan 1mg (Lorazepam benzo), Just one and 10 minutes later the mind is clear and calm. anyone can get this from a regular GP, just say you need it for severe anxiety.

In germany? Problem is my GP knows about my struggles and wants to hospitalize me.

Use a different GP, most of them would sell you a one month script without a consult, just ask at the reception if they would do it, or make some calls before going
