Ive not readed a lot an d awrary saw 4 alteenative effective or at leas thinkable methods that are NOT in tbe post of methods, posta that Are very late and not updated with others. I believe that the more alternatives the better as people always choose and think about the most Are very late and not updated with others. I believe that the more alternatives the better since people always choose and think about the most affordable and accessible ones, which are more widely publicized.But extremely ineffective and harmful (self-cutting, pills and jumping) when there are countless so you don't have to limit yourself to your habitat and find a peaceful, comfortable and viable way for your real Reality.
Eu criei um metodo ainda em desenvolvemneto mas que é uma exelente ideia (e não esta nos post de metodos fixos):
1. Nose cigarette choking and silvertape tape.
Basically it consists of suffocating by co2 through a type of cigarette that you make specifically for this and put it in your nose When your mouth is well sealed with duct tape to prevent oxygen from entering, it is similar to the fear of suffocating co2 in the bedroom but cheaper and less laborious and time consuming. The cigarette I I haven't developed it yet but I believe it's something baggy and with tobacco/tobacco or marijuana to relax as you go and with a little air passage to give your brain time to run out Take out the cigarette. I advise you to test it I haven't tested it yet but it's a good idea, I'll check out better substances for this
