but nothing is perfect. i don't think i struggle with what others here term survival instinct, i think once you've put yourself in a position where you can die it's not really a problem. all i have doubt about is how it would complicate some people (my parents) and whether any method would work, i'm not interested in any method that i feel wouldn't work or is so much work that i feel would put too much strain on me and prevent me relaxing into death.
