Help There are poisons similar to SN for food use?

I'm looking for at least one of all those that could be used to poison food that goes well with the food itself, but I think it's impossible to drink, because there's always the problem of the body detoxifying, what I could eat is a nice plate of pasta but unfortunately I don't think there's anything that can be done because all the poisons seem to be extremely painful except SN and maybe PN and SA.
