Venting Therapists are so disappointing

I wrote an email to my school's therapy unit and I requested counselling. They called me. I wrote them another email and told them that I prefer communicating via email. They called again. This is something all these therapists do to me. I've told plenty others before that too, and they continued to disregard my boundaries. But I'm the bad one for choosing to end my life when therapy exists?
Oh, did I mention that every time I called the suicide hotline they did not pick up and instead called me back HOURS later and sometimes did not call back at all? I dare someone to tell me that therapy is there and it is real. I swear to god, I wi curse them out.

Ah yes, a suicide hotline calling back hours later to make sure your corpse does not need to speak to someone.

My last therapist, among other things, had adhd (they told me they had it but it was also VERY obvious) so badly that they could not pay attention to me during our sessions. I did phone sessions and I could hear them typing or doing something else while I was talking and then they would ask me to repeat what I said. At this point 90% of the field is just a joke and the actual "good" ones cost way too much money. I have given up on therapy.

they can't fix my problems unless they are gene therapists
