I just saw a post on tiktok showing the comparison between comments on the posts of two girl playing valorant with facecam. And one is always getting bullied in her comment section for her face. I don't want to bring on this forum all the looksmaxxing shit, but the way she's always harassed in the comment for her looks make me so sad omg. The world is so unfair. And she's so kind, she just want to have fun and share her game on the internet. That's it i just needed to vent .

it's all about appearances these days, and i hate how normalised it's become to pick apart someone's looks online (especially on TikTok).
it's like people forget that there are real human beings with real feelings behind those videos.

The inherent unfairness of the world is one of many reasons why I've wanted to CTB. People are cruel. Using social media apps is like jumping head-first into a pit of cacti and stinging myself repeatedly, I never use them.

I feel like our generation is more obsessed with looks than any before

I relate, there are some side of social media that i actively try to avoid cause i know all the comparison i will make will destroy me mentally. But im kind of addicted and cannot fill the time without it.
