• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

@@RM5998 I never did coding for games, just for programming. All i do remember is, change one line and fuck up another LMAO
I'm going to be doing that a few months from now. I just want to do this now to get these concepts in my head out and into some reasonable form. Which reminds me, I'll have to figure out the copyright license system I need to use. (If they seem to be turning out right. Which they do, for now.)

The main concern right now is getting the artwork right, now that I've figured out how to do shadows programmatically through shader-level code.

I do. My notebook looks like those jail cells of mad prisoners you see in movies. Sometimes when I take a step back to take a look at it in its totality, I wonder how I even read the stuff I wrote in it.

Having added some rocks and zoomed out the camera, the game now looks like this:
My game so far 1
Now, I need to draw the hero, add the roads, add some variety to the base to make it look more like sand, and then add some obstacles. And then I need to draw and add the enemies and come up with a way of implementing the combat system I've been thinking of. I'm starting to wonder why I even started...

Well I've been gardening in the nice weather so less time in front of the pc. But the rain will come soon so that will change. Making hay whilst the sun shines.

All I have at the moment are weeds lol but nice weeds like borridge and buddleia.
I may venture out to find more local plants.

I'm just weird with plants. I don't like all the flowery colourful stuff most people put in gardens. I like gteen stuff with interesting leaf shapes, local wild plants that grow as weeds and specifically bog plants or emergent aquatics.
So much of the stuff that people regard as weeds I think look really interesting. For example, wild garlic grows in abundance in the local woods and I've been collecting a handful every time I go for a walk then put it in a sandwich when I get home. I'll wager many of the locals don't even know there is free food on their doorstep.

Unfortunately i have no place to plant a garden where i live, unless i do it inside. I miss my little herb garden. Not to many woods around here either, since i'm in the city.
I must say i envy you. It would be nice to roam out into some woodlands and check out nature. All i got is the water front. So i get to watch the birds soar around and shit all over the place LOL.
I've never tried wild garlic before. Sounds yummy though.

I'm very lucky in that respect though my old home was better, it was right on the edge of the Moor and was a little wildlife haven, deer, falcons, all sorts of stuff.
Wild garlic is delicious
And really good for you
Unfortunately it only grows in the Spring.

Sorry but each time i read Moor.. i think of "The Hound of the Baskervilles" :ahhha:
We get the random wildlife roaming through the city. And actually there are one or two falcons nests in the down town section. Hard to see them sometimes since they are usually high up there flying around. So far the bears haven't wandered into the city, just the suburbs.
Yeah garlic is good for you, but not the breath  Least yours is free!

Lol sry it auto corrects to cap Moor for some reason.
And Btw this isn't actually garlic, wild garlic is more like onions but you eat the leaves and flowers, so its a salad green rather rhan a condiment. The flavour is very mild like a cross between mild garlic and spring onion, though depending where it grows, some of it can taste fiery too. I've no idea why, maybe it's cuz of all the dogs that piss on it or something.

:pfff: I wonder if those dogs are eating hot chili peppers.
Sounds like it would go great in a stir fry, among other dishes.
Wish i had some to toss on the salmon i'll be cooking up later.

It's perect for a stir fry.
I've never liked fish, though in Ireland I had salmon caught and barbecued the same day and it was delicious.

Over the years i've cut down on the red meats.. so alot of my diet is chicken and fish. Barbecued meaning on a grill or on a grill with BBQ sauce?
