Discussion The SN wellness checks are fucking real

This is scary. I had one a while back for getting it from IC its awful and while unsettling. I was gonna order more from DMC as mines expires on Jan 2026, but didn't bother as I was told as long as I keep it in good condition I.e. not open, not in direct sunlight etc it should still be good. I've discovered one of the main reasons I'm still about is a parent, whi just got a dementia diagnosis today. If they completely forget me before the end I may ctb then as this pressure is too much

I write this for everyone here. Life should never feel like hell. Try and take solace in some of the beauty in the world. I was thinking about killing myself but I lived in the forest for 3 days and it reorganized my whole psyche. I was lucky and was able to live with my grandmother after police found me, but I just wanted to tell you to connect with nature. It's healing. Forget the soullessness of humanity and try and connect with the earth. Make music or try anything creatively while you're out there. Bathe in a river, etc. But really your living situation is important and it's important to think about how to make it better when you do want to live again... I've realized life is so short and death is so mysterious that it's almost always worth it to just wait it out.

It's not about the visual, it's more about the breathing. It's totally spiritual and indescribable. It opens up your subconscious.

if they suspect you are suicidal, they absolutely will do one for buying a rope. i have seen a documentary where they came to a mans house that had threatened to kill himself a year prior just because he did not answer the phone.
