The smallest of things push me over the edge

My boss was upset and dropped the phone in the middle of my sentence. Why did this push me over the edge? Am I just an oversensitive lil bitch? When people treat me poorly, my brain just floors the suicidal pedal. I don't want to be treated like shit when I've been nothing but good to people. I hate living.

I relate to this so hard. They showed you some pretty major disrespect, that would be a big trigger for me and I'm sure many other people too. Your feelings are completely valid, definitely not an oversensitive anything!

Your boss sounds like a twat, it would bother me too! You can't (legally) be fired for politely requesting to be treated with respect, like "I understand that you are upset, but I had not finished speaking and you dropped the phone on me, I would never do this to you so I would appreciate it if you would reciprocate that for me, thank you," or even in an email if that is easier. Too many people with big egos think they can treat people with disrespect and they are wrong!

In a life like this other people can easily make things worse and just create more suffering. It's why I would rather avoid people. Pretty much everything in this life makes me feel more and more tired which makes me want to ctb even more, it really would be ideal for me to leave this world behind, I've always disliked existing. I see no benefit to enduring endless misery and problems.
