I am constantly switching between hope that I can make my life worth living, that I can get a happily ever after that would fit in to a storybook, and despair, feeling that there truly is no hope and my only escape from suffering will be death. I cannot take it. It hurts. I have been hurt my whole life. I don't want to be hurt anymore.

I dont think I ever really have hope, but I do sometimes look forward to things. Feel dead inside really most of the time.

Shit comes in waves, and usually the more hopeful and happy you feel in on moment, the heavier the wave of despair will come rushing down. For me it's either that, or I feel null for weeks after, no emotions, no hopes, just nothing. Here's hoping your next episode of happiness will last a bit longer <3Similar threads
