Venting The process of CBT can be hard and a challenge for some..

Yes it´s not fair and it takes more time for some due to disabilities, lack of resources,opportunitys and connections some people are just lucky to CBT with no energy and effort.

No work and process in this,no time-suffering all is set for them, they have their gun,gastank or deadly substance ready.

Are you the unlucky one with a challenge just as me?i bet you feel like shit as i do in this situation..

I understand people who wish for a CTB partner is about aid and support for the unlucky one´s that is on bad place.

Maybe i get my hands on Fentanyl in the future so i can go without any work or energy...no more time and no more suffering...

I understand, I really wish there's the option for me to just painlessly die in peace, the fact that I cannot have that is so painful and just leads to way more suffering, I'm always so tired of being trapped in this existence that caused me nothing but pain in the first place.
