As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.
They're going ok. I recently got back from this treatment center in Pennsylvania and I've been doing ok. Some days, I still want to ctb, but other times, I don't so there's a little improvement. Right now, I kinda feel like ctb only because I feel hopeless about my bad short term memory, processing issues and articulation issues.

Maybe there wasn't anything worth remembering? I can barely remember some months of my life recently because of how gray it is. Also, being on meds can do really wacky things with normal brain functions.

I thought it was my meds at first, but being off them for a week and my short term memory was still bad. The stuff I want to remember is important, but I just can't remember it
It might still not be enough - e.g. it took me about a month of SSRIs until I stopped feeling like shit, and my sex drive only returned in 3 months being off them. We don't really have studies for long term effects of most psychoactive meds except that they usually aren't good.
May I suggest getting a paper notepad? :) It's a nice little something to write down important things, as well as your thoughts and plans. Helps me a lot these days

I try to write down stuff on my phone which helps me quite a bit. When I was at the program in Pennsylvania, I tried reading what I wrote to the nurse practitioner there, but she discouraged it because she said it was making me remember stuff I didn't want to remember
