Oh dear lord, it's a miracle!
Picture the scene - yet another trip to the MRI wing in a hospital. I'm half way there. Suddenly they call me saying their machine broke and they're moving the whole thing to tomorrow. I do a conference call with my boss and that bitch so that he doesn't think I'm bullshitting him about this bullshit.
For the first time ever he talks logically!
He calls bullshit bullshit! He understands that I need another day off to deal with it! Holy shit, pinch me. Punch me! Am I dreaming?

Edit: I didn't mean to write "punch me", but a punch is a bit more effective than a pinch, so...

Let's get this Monday going. Mania is gone unfortunately. Good thing I got a lot done yesterday. It's going to be difficult until I land some where
I cleaned the box and cat dishes are soaking
Took meds
After groceries are delivered, put them away and throw away the bags
Shower after delivery (won't be good to be in the shower when they come.)
I can brush teeth now
Wash the kitchen mat and others. I can do that in my portable washer in my apartment

Real job work if I can
Admittedly I have nothing to really do today, so will likely lay in bed all day
Nope. Make a list like I do.
Start with shower and brushing teeth and taking meds. :)

I don't shower or brush my teeth unless I write it.

How about you do something nice for yourself, like giving yourself a facial mask or something?

I think I pulled my back in the shower... what i've learned from this: never take a shower.

Here's today's aim for after work... Work...
* Buy pastrami for sandwiches
* Do the dishes
* Finally declutter that little table thing that's been pissing me off for God knows how long.

I will report before going to bed on whether I succeeded or failed with the mission.
This could work as some sort of group therapy thing...

-Eat breakfast
-Brush teeth
-Wait for delivery I need to sign for
-Make account to look at market

Now I have to start actually doing them.

It does work! I can honestly go months without showering and brushing my teeth. Since I have been posting, the rash from lack of showering has disappeared and my gums don't bleed.

When I'm depressed, I don't clean or clean the cat box... you can imagine the smell. Since posting, my super banged on my door and I could welcome him in with a smile.

Showered and brushed my teeth. Back in bed.
Meds and apple cider vinegar taken
Cat box cleaned as well as cat dishes.

Well Jean you have inspired me (and many others I see) :hug: I wrote in a journal your suggestion of a list. didn't share it at first but now I will.

I got up, took my medication
Tried to at least have some toast
Took a long soak, washed my body (couldn't manage to get to my hair today)
Brushed my teeth, got dressed
Threw in a load of laundry (win)

I am already back in bed now... but through today I will hopefully:
Unload the clean dishwasher. Load my sink of dirty dishes back into the dishwasher.
Eventually get back to said laundry.
hmm... I think that's all I can find for now.

hmm... I think that's all I can find for now.
Now remember to take the laundry out, fold, and put away. I tend to leave it in the basket by the front door. I hate folding and putting away.

Take out something for dinner and don't forget about lunch. You must eat more than toast.

I keep hard boiled eggs in the fridge at all time and call them protein nuggets. Easy to grab, healthy, and quick.
