I need to do pill counts. I've indulged the last few days so I need to make sure I have enough until refill day so I don't go through withdrawals. But I don't have a problem abusing my meds....

It's been a long week. I've got 7 days straight of work with no break. Getting ready to go wage slave now.

I'd say you mean people go to get packages? But I've actually gone to get them before, but only because delivery people have put them leaning against the outside door--so we can't get out! My mom's been trapped in the house until I got home once because they put a 100lb package blocking a screen door so she couldn't open it.
Before that, yep, never went. Granted though if I don't know it's coming--I'll never go.

Why would they leave it leaning up against the door like that? What if it was an elderly person that lived there by themselves? How are they supposed to get 100lb package in the house by themselves, especially if you leave it leaning up against the door so that they can't get it open?! Not everybody has someone they can call for help like that. There's really nobody I would be able to call in a situation like that, particularly not right now when my SIL is busy with her husband in the hospital. I most likely wouldn't call her anyway even if she wasn't busy. I'd just figure out how to do it myself. And if I couldn't do it myself, then I guess the package would just have to stay there. I'd have to unpack it outside or something.

She actually had to call her boyfriend, who had to open it, take things out (multiple things inside), just so HE could move it, and then came inside. But yeah, the delivery person was not thinking. It's why a lot of times with things I have a standing "put inside porch" for delivery instructions--and they STILL don't do it... like why leave it in the rain when there's a covered porch?!?
She'd of had to of called a neighbor if not for the boyfriend, or called EMS if she needed a doctor, despite the ER being 1-2min away depending on traffic going to mcdonalds lol.
It really annoys me when they do that type of crap. Our steps are even wide, so they could put it beside the door without touching it... so they intentionally blocked the door. it's like a "screw you for ordering a heavy thing, try to get out/in" they did.
