I'm sorry to hear you didn't sleep well. Did you have bad dreams, restless sleep, or something like that? Or just not refreshed this morning?
I guess I slept okay, while I was sleeping that is. Looks like it was nearly 2 AM where I am when I went to sleep by my last post. It's now 7 AM, so I guess I got 5 hours of sleep. If I don't doze off at some point, I'm probably going to be extra tired all day. I don't do very well on only 5 hours of sleep, though I guess it's better than 4 hours of sleep. Problem is, I know I could get 20 hours of sleep and I'd still feel the same. So tired of being tired. Sigh.

Yeah here I am. Tomorrow a new meeting with doctor. I hope they'll let me go outside alone. But idk would I get scared again and couldn't do it. My new plan is to jump off 50m building near the hospital. I talked about hopelessness to my mother. I'm a fool because I always think that talking would improve things as I like to talk with people. But it didn't help. I guess she's just more worried now.

Because you HAVE to come back here and tell us ALL ABOUT IT! You will be so busy remembering everything to tell us, you will not be afraid ;)

I only drink with cups from some kind of lid. Even my wine glass has a lid and straw I'm just too clumsy

My containers all have lids I have to unscrew otherwise I have a tendency of missing my mouth. Essential tremors sometimes acts up and I'll twitch/something and it can be bad, at least with a screw cap I can knock it over, and only open it when I have a hand on it, and only tip up once at my mouth otherwise I can dump things on me.

Nothing wrong with a giant sippy cup either!
