No messed up gore, no failed attempts, no pain, no suffering, just a simple, peaceful passing.

How do you feel about this?

This video fills me with peace. Knowing anyone could have an option to apply and go through with it after some consideration would make life so more bareable.

Why didnt this made a true impact on the views of euthanasia? Why people keep on going against it?

I believe the rich people and low vibrational beings need us to suck our energy and hopes, to make us work like lab rats, and that is why. To keep their lifestyle, they dont allows to even die in peace.

The video gives me peace, but the forces against euthanasia disgust me.

These videos barely ever reach the kind of audience that they need to. People who oppose a voluntary peaceful death usually don't want to see it, don't care, or have such strong convictions that it wouldn't make any difference.

Unfortunately a humane death is a blessing that a lot of people don't get. On the bright side, support is steadily growing. Of course it should be made more available.

It's probably wrong to oversimplify things... But in my opinion there are only a few groups of anti-euthanasia people.

Religious types - probably makes up for the majority.

Political and human rights types, policy makers etc - Those who find the ethical and moral 'fine print' surrounding euthanasia (ie. who should be allowed? under what circumstances?) to be difficult to decide on. Either too risky to consider at all, or only in favor of very conservative and restricted access.

...And the rest who simply don't understand or cannot comprehend how valuable and important the option of having a peaceful death is.

Sometimes they live in a bubble where they have limited or no understanding of profound suffering. Other times they simply fear loss and subconsciously want death to be avoided at all costs without any further thought. For example, someone who loves their grandfather so much they want him to stay alive even though he is suffering tremendously and wasting away from cancer.

I would like to see humane voluntary assisted dying available for every person who expresses a consistent and mature request for it. In cases of the non-terminally ill- I believe that the process of acquiring it should involve multiple stages including interviewing, documenting reasons for requesting, discussions about the decision, discussions about other options, and arranging the procedure. Not to forcefully exclude people, but just having a step by step process will effectively eliminate those who are acting spontaneously.

You don't have to support it. But those who actively work against the creation of this sort of system, will have the suffering of those who are forced to endure an unwanted existence, and the blood of those who choose to end their lives in painful and horrible ways on their hands.

Society has always relied on poor people to function. Christianity's basis is to demand people stay poor and meek and render unto Caesar, and don't dare kill yourself so you can find peace after death.

Capitalism of course is based on poor people spending money. Check cashing businesses make a few people billionaires.

Yet few Americans ever choose to opt out, choose a simpler life.
