Yes, I hear you. I really ruined my life with mistakes, then physical/mental illness, more mistakes, and my world is fucked really. Seems like it just keeps stacking and stacking. Only alive for a few family/friends and my dogs but that is quickly becoming less and less. Working to find a way to make sure someone will be notified to come for dogs and then I will do my best to ctb. I do fear SI though. The anxiety is real.

Sadly, the worse you get the more you find you can descend. Life does torture us in this way and I would so much prefer to catch the bus before it gets any worse. I hope you find some peace from your poor health soon.

It really disgusts me how the flesh prison that is the human body can torture people so much. To have the ability to suffer really is a curse.
