Yep around the time of an attempt is very hard.

Sometimes benzos in such a situation are sort of a luxury.

I'm not sure why you are planning to attempt, but sorry you're here and in pain and hope whatever pain you're in lessens.

Relentless physical pain for 3 years but began 7 years ago all together. Many surgeries that went wrong and severely negligent. Trapped in my room and body. Exhausted from pain. And I've exhausted all options. I'd never end my life if I could wear sneakers and go for a walk.

It was meant to be today but I freaked out becoz I received some random messages expressing concern so I ate due to nerves and decided I can do it another day. At least I have everything sorted. My box of info - letters, will, accounts..really taken care of everything logistically.
