The 1 person that is keeping me from CTB called me today after 5 months...

My 93yo grandma. She is the only blood relative I still speak to, everyone else helped contribute to my ex wife's parental alienation between my daughter and I... haven't spoke to her in 4 years. Hence my wanting to ctb in the first place...thing were bad before..but losing her that way was the last straw...we were best friends.

Anyway the idealization has been insane the last 3 months or so..but just for today I'm glad that one person I love actually called ME. I can't break my grandmother's heart.. she's so full of life at 92...but when she passes.. I'll have no excuses. Plan is before February before my birthday...but her birthday is also in February so I guess it's a waiting game until then.

i feel like ur grandma would rather want to see u grow and succeed in life even when she isn't with you anymore

i wouldn't says she's the reason i won't ctb but my grandma is also the only blood relative i still speak to and maybe the only person in the world who actually loves me or would be sad to see me go.
