I found a promising spot to CBT where I can remain undiscovered for a few days. This weekend I'll head there and set up my full suspension method. I'm taking:
  • Climbing rope. I've been practicing my knots every day.
  • A tarp
  • Pillow case
  • Handles to attach to the rope. This is for testing out the rig with my weight.
My three previous attempts with partial suspension were pretty spontaneous. But I've been doing lots of research on full suspension and I feel better prepared.

I won't CTB this weekend -- there are still a few things left on my bucket list. But I am excited to have potentially found my spot. Looking forward to finally being done with... everything.

Don't try any hanging methods unless you are prepared to die.

They can knock you out in seconds then you are finished.

Sounds promising and good..... great that you practiced the knots.
May I ask, why do you need the pillow case?

I understand why you'd be looking forward to being free from this existence, I wish you the best of luck in your plans and I hope that you eventually find the freedom you search for.

I sure hope so.

Full hanging is my chosen method but one of my biggest fears is dangling there for a long time whilst conscious.

If the noose tightens fully, you pass out very quickly. Do it correctly!

To cover my face. If someone besides a first responder finds me, the pillow case case can spare them from at least the shock of what my face will look like.
