im actually confident this time, doing it tmrw night, as far as anchor point i tied something big to end of the rope and got it wedged between top of my door, i did it on my knees and i felt like i had to cough but that was it, im still debating whether to do full suspension or stick with the knee thing

the reason the coughing is important is bc last time i got close to fully blacking out i was coughing, i only stopped bc i realized i forgot to leave open my note

I'd recommend full suspension hanging if you have the possibility because its a much safer way to die.

There's always the possibility tremors and twitches can shift the pressure enough to wake up again the more contact you are with the ground. I woke up from partial 2 times. So keep that in mind.
