Tears

Fucking tears as soon as I wake. Last all day. I can't go on. I don't want to hurt my family but can't take this pain in the pit of my stomach. Anyone else suffer unbearable crying. I want to attempt this afternoon.

Yea. One day, I was bawling my eyes out to the point I was going to attempt and hang myself. I messaged a good online friend I had at that point a goodbye message (which was a mistake). They ended up spam calling my number and then my one of my family member's number. The family member ended up messaging me and asked if I was okay. The shame and embarrassment of that message caused me to not CTB.
