I've finally got my gun picked out. I'm going to get hollow point bullets and aim behind the ear

That's a nasty gun. Don't know about aiming behind the ear, though. Should be / might be sufficient. If you move your hand just a little while squeezing the trigger, that could be a problem. Totally your call. Your life, your death.
