I mean, there are unstable people here sometimes. I don't mean like the expected level of unstable — we're on a suicide forum. I mean actually unhinged. If I remember correctly, he just cherrypicked some comments like that and said "See? A cult", fully ignoring the 99% of the site population, consisting of just depressed people. Imho.

He's doing it so he can generate attention and get himself more likes and subscribers. Obviously he doesn't actually believe the things he's saying; if he did he never would have made the video in the first place, as he wouldn't want people to see the video and start using the forum. That, or he's really stupid enough to think his video is "helping" somehow
