Had a good day, trying to book my next holiday, got back from 3 weeks in Hawai'i in early January, as I have 24/7 chronic pain from a car crash and where I live it is winter now with really cold temps.
Lots of hugs, love and the knowledge that you are a wonderful person and my wish for you is a great weekend filled with sunny blue skies and the knowledge that you are family to me, as I have no family nor friends .

Watching FMA with my friend right now :) near the end! It's awesome! Procrastinating with classes and after i stop watching fma illl chill around with this small japanese streamer who's learning english :] I love linguistics and so its one of the places to yap my ear off about it XD

Well, I went for a short run today for the first time in over a month, and it felt good. I bumped my big toe really hard almost exactly a month ago and since then it was like every small thing that could go wrong did and it was just a stressful month. I'm happy that the toe has healed, and the run put me in a better mood. I hope that hearing from us also helped your day and that we managed to make you smile. How are you feeling now? Sending hugs

Any good cures for crippling Sciatica ? Been in constant pain for around 7 months now. On the other hand, I can still afford coffee beans, so I can start my day off with my usual awffy large mug of filtered coffee. It's ridiculous how much that means to me.

Hey, sorry to cut in here, just saw your post about sciatica and thought to ask if you've seen a professional massage therapist, or chiropractor? Not all of them might know, but a really good one might be able to help, 7 months is just a long time to be in pain.

Thank you for being kind and offering to listen to others, I feel less alone and less depressed when I get someone to read to me a little, I appreciate it.
I just came from walking 20 minutes around the area, it's very cold and there's no sun because it's very cloudy, but I still managed to walk a little and now I feel a little less depressed.
I'm making a super hot tea with lots of sugar :-)

Saw an NHS physio in October (I'm in the UK) who referred me to an NHS Hospital Physio, my appointment with them is due for the end of this February.
I've paid for a couple of sessions with a private sports massage therapist, which eases it for a few days however is costly.
@zombiegirl, don't want you imagining Ima derailing your thread with my moans sis, just my whining about my sciatica dominates a whole lot of my convo these days.

Can I get high with you? I got home from a long and shitty day at work and I just want to turn my brain off.Drinking tea and trying to persuade myself to do something constructive for work. Comparitively speaking, it's really not that much to do but, everything is like pulling teeth at the moment. Need to put some washing on too.
After that very small effort, I suspect I will reward myself by playing '2 Point Campus.' It's taken me 3 or 4 attempts to succeed on the current campus- knight school. Kept going broke. Like real life really, I don't have any business sense in games either!
I love the humour though. There is like a mock radio station playing in the background as you play with really funny DJ's. Plus, the college announcements are really funny too. I love games with humour in them.
So, fairly dull but that's my day. I hope you are feeling less lonely today.
