• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I won't be have access to to antiemetics to take with my SN. Would it be a good idea to fast for longer so that don't have so much to throw up?

The protocol fast should empty out your stomach anyway, so there's no advantage to fasting for any longer. If anything, longer fasts might make you more nauseous, so I'd stick to the usual 8-12 hours.

You're going to puke regardless AE or not. Might occur faster without AE. Should have a 2nd glass prepared. 2nd glass might be more difficult to get down after puking-up first. The benefit of the AE is that it speeds of gastric emptying from the stomach to the small intestine, where the SN gets absorbed. The longer that SN stays down, the more that will make it to your small intestine.

I apologize if this is not helpful, but I thought I saw in one of the SN megathreads that one was available through pet care suppliers. Have you looked into that?

Infortunately all the antiemetics that you can use interact with medication that I'm on. There is one medication I take an antipsychotic called risperidone that may have some antiemetic effect though.
