Dont mean to be rude, but it's not like this site is a secret. Also, if they would prefer to be in the company of the members here and the support they offer, let them have that without being worried about your own security. (If that's the case, close your account and leave)

I was just concerned that it is for someone who finds you already so bad enough, if you then on the page in the moment attentive (as a stranger) it gets all the worse. it throws back then only a worse light on the side, because it means then again without this would not have come so far or one would have persuaded him to ...
I think it's great that we exchange and support each other. even if you decide to announce it here and you will be accompanied for some hours. it just does not have to be the last few minutes ... he should be able to focus on himself and relax and, hopefully, feel as good as possible

Maybe it would be a good idea to go to a emergency ward and tell them what you did and tell them that you threw all of it out (The SN) just to get a check.
