i have a vague plan. i was recently hospitalised for anorexia nervosa – significant postural tachycardia, hypoglycaemia, low bmi, hypotension, hypomagnesemia. on admission i was 40.2kg (bmi 13.9), had to be refed for 9 days, transferred to a eating disorder psych unit, but i discharged myself after 24 hours (on tuesday). my weight then was 45.5 kg.
since being home for a week, i've been loosing the hospital weight and am at 43.3kg.
my plan for ctb is to get re-hospitalised in july, limiting my calories to under 800kcal until then to hopefully meet administration criteria. i want to sneak in a little baggie of SN, and take it after i've been admitted (having done the protocol and everything beforehand).
my reasoning for doing it in a hospital:
- won't be in my family home
- unless i'm hooked up to a pulse ox (which i wasn't before), it won't be obvious that i'm dying. especially if i take it at night and they don't check on me.
- i think there would be a good chance of them not know what i did or how to treat it.
- if they bring me back, there's probably less risk of permanent brain damage and me being a vegetable.
- the death might look like anorexia to them rather than suicide
