• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I am ignored by healthcare and haven't received any help in two years despite suicidal ideation. And they don't understand severely debilitating executive dysfunction. Nothing I say helps as my struggles are not taken seriously and I am just a nuisance.

So I thought this:
I take maybe 10g of SN and go to the healthcare place which drove me away and sit and wait there. The SN kicks in and then they probably send me to hospital/ER and I survive or not. I am fine with not surviving but I want them to see the consequences of their actions first-hand that they rejected helping me.

If I survive it's fine too and hopefully they start to treat me differently.

Has anyone thought something similar?

This is not a detailed plan, just an idea so far.

That sounds risky, if you survive you may be worse off. If you wanted to CTB 100% SN would do it, but if you just want help a low overdose of something relatively harmless might work / threaten to jump off a bridge if you can get there. Of course that can have consequences too so choose wisely.

Terrible plan, you can survive and have severe organ damage.

Tbh, most people don't really change how they act after an attempt. Except for becoming even more controlling while also avoiding you even more when you need help. I don't think this will achieve what you think it will.

Sorry.

I also struggle with both of the things you mention on top of about 5 other things that severely affect me.

And instead of helping me, my family prevents me from being able to take steps that could possibly help or avoids me when just helping drive me to certain places would be an immense help. Especially because of the executive dysfunction & my only transportation options now take 20 more steps then when I used to be able to transport myself. And I have been trying to figure it out on my own for 3 months now, but even though I put all my energy into solving it, I am just told empty promises by services that never follow through with what they said they would help with and guaranteed me that they could. Basically, everyone lies to me about being available to help now.

Or tells me that they wish they could do something to help even though there are specific things I have asked them for help with that they are unwilling to do because they don't agree with it (and I don't mean euthanasia, I mean possible alternative treatment options that many people's families would be helping them try to access and supporting them trying especially if they had severe mental health problems & ideation)
