I don't want to feel the pain of hanging so I am planning on taking bunch of sleeping pills. I wonder what could go wrong?

I finally located my carotid arteries, as what I have read on threads about hanging the carotid arteries is a vital point to make yourself quickly unconscious when you hang. Am i right?
