  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Random. Noticed significant Shortness of breath earlier today when I went walking to the store. Never felt that way so heavily before but I have experienced it.

Now hours later my heart rate is 105 bpm. I sat here and counted twice out of boredom you can say.

I've experienced a fast heart beat before but the combination of the two being so apparent is something to me

I wonder if I could die in my sleep, I hope I die in my sleep . yeah right , girl can dream though

Sounds like a panic attack. Have you always had those?

Of you do have tach (which very well could be anxiety) you can see a cardiologist for propranolol.

I got prescribed it for tach, but with further research, I have debilitating anxiety. I never told my cardiologist, so they just kept prescribing it. I have now stockpiled enough to ctb with them.

Propranolol, I hear, works very well for elevated heart rate, so you might want to ask your doctor about them.

I wasn't under any stress at the time. It's been awhile since I've experienced one. Sometimes my heart does weird stuff. Like it'll cramp up ?(sharp pain) and I have to breathe a certain way to lessen the pain. Goes away within a minute or two though .

Only recently have I noticed having a faster heart rate more than usual. Did you go get checked out at the time you were experiencing it ? I'm thinking maybe I would for them to prescribe ?
