Help Suspension hanging

Anyone know how to constrict your carotid artery while going for suspended hanging? At this point I'm just about ready and going to do partial soon. But if that fails then I wanna do suspended. I'm gonna do it deep in the woods where I won't be seen or found. Climbing a tree doesn't seem that hard and I think I'm capable of it. How do I compress the arteries while suspended though? Just so I'm not hanging there choking for 4 - 5 minutes.

I guess it's a leap of faith and there is no bulletproof method to do it this way, from what i know. I'm gonna do it the same way btw. Personally, I was preparing myself mentally to hang there even up to 10 minutes as you can't know for sure how it'll go
