im planning on making it extensive to avoid any questions my friends / family may have afterwards. ive experienced having questions for a dead person and its an agonizing feeling. looking to read others' for some insight as to what others place into theirs.

I don't know if this is any use to you , just a few things I'm putting in my own note.
1. None of this is anybodies fault.
2. My fear of living is more intense than my fear of dying.
3. I've been too strong for far too long and cannot fight any longer.
4. My decision is based on logic and not random emotion.
