How and when did you decided to write a note?

I wrote a note after I realized that my boyfriend had blocked my work number, which I had used to contact him a few times.

I was suddenly hit by a new wave of suicidal motivation. I just grabbed a pencil and a paper and let my emotions flow out.

It wasn't my best writing. But my main goal was to try to compel myself forward towards completing suicide. With the note, there's less "stuff left unsaid" and I can push it to the back of my mind while I focus on the rest that I'll find after taking 20-30 "M30" fentanyl pills.

I never wrote any suicide note in any of my past attempts.. I'll probably not write one.. I'll let things be buried with my ctb.

for some attempts i didnt, for some i wrote one right before. i have a short one right now that i've had for two attempts. i am trying to motivate myself to write a better one though.

i do not plan to write a note but then again i got the idea not to off a song so maybe i should?

it is a good song so maybe just follow what it says. it does make a good point on why not to write a not even if a lot of the second half i do not agree with.
