As someone who uses PED's I noticed my suicidal ideation was worst when I was very skinny and not using testosterone.

While on testosterone I had alot less suicidal ideation. When I got on tren it completely went away. Everything I did was right and I was the ultimate man. I had no reason for wishing to die because the world was mine to conquer.

When I get off tren I revert back and remain somewhat confident until I massively fuck something up.

Currently on 275 Test E and I really only get suicidal ideation when I fuck something up. For example I crashed my company truck not too long ago and while I was not in trouble at work I still felt like I had to commit suicide over it for some reason.

When I fuck up massively while on tren I just expect others to forgive me and not say anything. When I was on tren I broke a dynamometer at work (4-5k usd) and I really didn't care in the slightest. When my boss told me "it's okay we will get you another one" I felt like I was his boss and he was accommodating me.

This brings me to my main idea. Could suicide simply be a hormonal issue?
Also no idea how this could work for women since they cannot just blast tren without growing a clit the size of a thumb.

Possibly progesterone related.

I don't think I have anything particularly useful to contribute here, but as a female, I do have a spike of more intense suicidal ideation particularly the few days before my period, but I'd never know/be able to concretely confirm it was due to hormonal fluctuations because I typically am suicidal the rest of the time too, I'm just a whole lot easier to piss off and send into a spiral a couple days before the bleeding.

tldr; hormones are probably just one among many factors for emotion in general. Like the moodlets in TheSims.

The brain is a super complex structure that isn't completely understood but hormones fs play apart. I think besides the mood associated hormones like dopamine and serotonin it's not completely abstract to consider other hormones. I just can't reference the mechanisms or feedback chains that would affect mood and SI off the top of me head but it's why ppl feel more depressed on birth control, testosterone/estrogen and even pregnancy. SI can be a combination and more often then not can be of circumstances as well as biological factors like hormones which is why it is so complex and there is no one size fits all solution.

Sounds to me like tren turned you into a psychopath with no empathy or remorse. I'd rather be suicidal than use that trash. The world isn't something to conquer and other people aren't resources to use and exploit, which is how you seem to view them when you use this stuff. Not for me, no thanks.

Yeah I figure I have PMDD or something because I get extremely suicidal the week before my period, but I'm still dealing with suicidal feelings the rest of the time too. I would definitely not believe that being suicidal is a hormonal issue. I think it could be a factor for some, but not for all. I would assume trauma is pretty high up on list of reasons, alongside non-traumatic mental illness like some depressions or genetic mental illnesses. But I've never looked into causes of suicide that in-depth.
