I've seen stories of people killing themselves by getting the police to kill them. If I have no other way, would this be an okay way?

No. Not a good idea.

In addition to what others have said, the major problem is trauma surgeons have gotten extremely good at their jobs.

If you were to be shot by police, you would be rushed in to medical care immediately where you have a good chance of being saved.

An old high school friend who ended up going the route of gang life, was shot 12 times, including 2 rounds in the head. He walks with a limp now, but is very much alive nonetheless.

if you are in America they will get joy from killing you. they will dump all their mags into you and you will be dead. just have some type of thing that looks like a weapon. if there are several around you will be shot maybe 40 times.

They're trained not to kill and to only disable you. You'll be charged with assault or possibly attempted murder on an officer and spend the rest of your life in jail.

One of the stupidest methods out there. Not worth the risk at all.

Idk where youbare but in america at least, this is wildly untrue. They're trained to shoot for center mass and continue shooting until their target is dead.

I've thought about this the previous owners of my house left this toy gun in the garage so I could start a high speed chase then point the toy at the officers.

So risky. If the guy is a "good" cop and he doesn't shoot all his bullets and aim for your legs or stomach, you'll go to jail for years. Wouldn't even think of it if I were you.
